New tank & aquascape pic

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

I've recently made a couple of posts about my new 46g tank and aquascape, so I thought I would post a pic:

http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u195/bloodfishandmoan/aquarium/P1010905.jpg

I just transferred a second eheim filter, an ecco 2234, over from my old tank, so it has bb in it, which also meant I was able to transfer the first fish. He is Awesome Fred, my calico ryukin.

Hope you like, I'm definately going for a minimal zen vibe here!

Andrew.

Very nice! I am thinking of adding large rocks to my tank. How do they keep in place? (especially the larger one?)

careful bedding in the gravel, the big one has another propping it too.

y'know, if I were more patient I would have carefully painted the back black. I love black backgrounds... but I wasn't patient!!!

I love this look. I always worrying about using big rocks here because of earthquakes, but I sure love the way they look.

I like to collect nice rounded stones when I'm at a beach, we have quite a few nice ones here in NI!

Thanks for the comments! :D

That is very pretty!

I use black poster board and tape it to the backs of my tanks, very inexpensive.
