Made some pictures yesterday of several of my fishies that are inside for the winter. All of these will go outside this spring and join the Fancies that are hibernating in my outside pond.

Hope you enjoy them

Single-tail Tiger Ryukin. I love the way his dorsal is colored

That tiger ryukin marks the first time I've seen one that I would love to own! I'm usually not a fan, but that one is just gorgeous - as are the rest of them.

HOLY. BEAUTIFUL. Amazing what a difference being in a pond can do. I love the first ryukin and the ranchu. I'm speechless.

Please share their diet and your routine? :D

It is a temporary 'pond'. Basically it is a foldable quarantine tank, so not really a POND pond..

Diet and routine.. hmmm nothing special. They have 26 gallon per fish (6 fish in 160 gallon tank) with 400 gallon/hour filtration. Frequent water-changes. They get fed +/- 4-5 times a day: A+Plus, Hikari, red/white mosquito larvae (1x week). That's it.

I LOVE that tiger ryukin! I didn't even know that coloration existed. Great job :)

Hmm. I think the key there is you allocating a good amount of tank space for your fish. 26 gallons per fish is really good. Good thing you have more discipline than me. I would've had AT LEAST10 goldfish in there if my tank were that big. Haha.

Really gorgeous fish man. :)

Thanks!

I notice that especially the Ryukins fare much better when they have sufficient space.
