How cute! I had a pair years ago in an aviary, never bred them as people feed them to pet snakes. :yikes

I have a quail hiding out in my yard atm, must be escaped from an aviary. I put out my budgie's old birdseed for the doves and the quail joins them sometimes. Runs off if I get close though.

They're so cute! The tuxedo one is awesome! Now that I've been working at the wildlife rehab center with birds, I've gained a new appreciation for them. They really are amazing animals. :)

10 gallons? Really? Of course I don't know anything about their care, but that seems really small...?

I think they are super cute. When I had birds, I was thinking about getting a pair for the bottom of the cage, but we never got any :D

they are really intresting birds and very silly they like to bathe in dust and sand and have a grand ole time doing it and when they get done they like to sprawl out in it its very cute though there not very handleable and they enjoy flying around when you try they do make entertaining pets
