Anyone From Seoul, Korea?

Recommended Posts

Hi there-if anyone is from Seoul, Korea, I'd like to know the general water conditions of tap water (PH/KH/GH). I can't find any information in English online... Thanks!

Think this is the site http://www.kwater.or.kr/

But it's d.a.m. based? Water treatment plan based? So I couldn't find Seoul on the map, Seoul is a big area anyways so if you could narrow it down a bit, I might be able to find more info. But it all boils down to:

PH: 7.0 ~ 7.5 (obviously varies from place to place)

GH: 4 ~ 10dh (less than 200ppm)

KH: 4 ~5dkh

don't quote me on this though :o

How nice to find a goldfish person in Seoul on this forum. Are there any stores you can recommend with very good quality fancy goldfish in Seoul? Mostly, I see orange oranda. I have not seen any crown pearlscales for sale anywhere. Very few telescopes. So, I think I am looking in the wrong places....

(also, thanks, greyneurosis, for the info and links-- I completely missed your post until now!)

GoldFish speciality store doesn't exist in Korea. I made the button, referring to the relevant sites.

Thank you! I appreciate it. I also found (online) a store in Incheon and one in Itaewon in Seoul that might have some fairly nice goldfish--I have to go and see, though. I can't find crown pearlscales anywhere, unfortunately.
