It really is not, not anymore. It used to be very beautiful

But then we had problems with Acro eating flatworms, redbugs, majanoes...you name it. It is only a shell of it's formal self. :(

It's not even close to any of this now. Another reason I think it's time to let it go. I love the fish, but overall it's kind of depressing to look at now.

any progress? :druel:druel

The only progress is I took out some of the fish in the sw tank a couple weeks ago, and all loose corals. The rest goes tomorrow. I received my big driftwood thing. I will get pics of it.

AND...I am thinking of going back to live plants. :):peeka

Wow, nice tank!

Why did you have to take down the reef tank?

Thank you. Well...reef tanks are very expensive. Since taking it down my electric bill has already dropped $100. Then there is salt, chemicals, and running lots of water to make RO/DI water.

Plus, I want it for the goldfish! :D

I bet! Alone with those extra 100 bucks a month you can probably support a huge goldfish tank, considered they require less lighting, not really any heat, "just" water and water conditioner. My 55 costs me about 10 to 15 bucks a month.
