Front fins will have pearl dots going down the front of them if they are a boy :)

This is Junbi as you can see on his front fins...little white dots that go down it... :)

Mooshu is indeed a girl. The one on post 8 is a boy. What's his name, Steph?

That one is Suki. And from personality i had suspected boy. Even though i thought it was a girl when i named him. Lol.

When we got our first 2 goldfish my daughter and i decided we wanted exotic names to go along with exotic goldies. My daughter chose Suki and Koi because they both meant love in Japanese. We didn't really realize most of the goldies come from China. So we have tried to somewhat keep the theme except we switched to food with Sushi and Mooshu.

Don't I sympathise with that comment,normally they are face on at the front looking at me for food and then as soon as the camera comes into view they've gone rofl3.gif

I think I just answered my own questions. They're Japanese and Chinese respectively.

Mushu is Chinese.

木須肉

木 = tree; wood (mu4)

須 = necessary; must (xu1)

肉 = meat; flesh (rou4)

The traditional dish is tasty. The American Chinese restaurant dish is usually wrong. Hehe...

Thank you! And Orandas are Chinese too i believe so that's great. But i will need more food names eventually so start thinking! I'm not really big on Chinese food so i may need help coming up with names.
