Api Aquarium Melafix

have ordered some melafix as it claims to rapidly clear up cloudy eyes in goldfish. anyone else here used it ?

Well I'm not in the UK but I've used it with great success in treating a large variety of ailments. :)

likewise I am not in the uk, but my inventory is never without it! it is good stuff. really expediates healing of external injuries. :)

melafix is great in early stages of a disease its also good when combined with API pimafix.

For established disease it isnt that effective.

i've used melafix for anything to do with fins on my goldies - recovering from finrot, fin tears etc... always worked really well for me!

I use Melafix and Pimifix as I find that they work with my fish. I know some people find that they have little or no effect. I think that they are better for minor ailments or if you catch something early enough.

These days as it is used so frequently some fish have built up a resistance to it and so it doesnt seem to work. i prefer using these treamtnets over chemical ones which are harsher on the fish.

I used Melafix together with Pimafix for early stage of dropy on my goldfish before, it works. I think it doesn't affect plant in the aquarium too.
