My biggest issue currently is that our cat is far too interested in what I’m doing. No one wants to buy clothes covered in cat hair emoji1787.png

So very true. We had to keep all our stuff on the deck. This way three cats can't get to it :rofl

Probably Soup. I have a cold at the moment so dont feel like much lol

So my poor cat has been quite sick lately, she would throw up almost every time she ate. Took her to the vet and the first time they gave her something for nausea and said if it keeps happening to come back, a week later we were back, this time they did a blood test, that came back clear so they wanted to do an ultrasound, got the ultrasound done and the results showed that theres two possible things it could be - Inflammatory Bowel Disease, or Lymphoma. She has lost Almost 0.7kg in the last month (1.5lbs). The vet said they could do surgery to get biopsies and test for lymphoma but the test isn't 100% accurate and either way we would be doing the same thing for now, which is a special diet and a steroid medication. They said it will help in either case, but if it is lymphoma she will start getting sick again in a few months. So just waiting and hoping that the diet and meds help long term now and it isnt the lymphoma

Sorry to hear about your cat Mandy! Ours recently had to have a surgery, as they’d left part of her ovary in when they spayed her so she kept going into heat . But it was super nerve wracking. I hope your kitty feels better with the new diet and meds! Hope you feel better too! bf730602feb43962e3c5ff586b702498.jpg

YAY!  Congratulations!  I’m surprised they could determine sex so quickly, did you have genetics run?  Usually it’s 16-18 weeks by ultrasound, and 20 is more accurate.

I’m so happy for you!

Thankyou! We are very happy. We did the sneak peek test so it’s like, 90% (I’m confident in my ability not to contaminate it ) Last I was on you’d recently had a son hadn’t you? Is he well?

Number five or six, I can’t remember when last we talked. Both are doing pretty well, though six has pretty significant special needs.  But he’s so cuuuute! He just learned how to role from his back to his tummy after two and a half years of working on it.  His therapist and I were so excited.

This is him from several days ago :)

What a cutie! I think that’s the one I remember; Benjamin correct? He was very young when I left Kokos. He is just a little older than my nephew! Coincidentally, Benjamin (Joseph) is the name we picked for our son! It’s a good strong name

Our baby is due in December! What a funny coincidence Isaac is a good name; my little brother is an Isaac. Good strong biblical names. Do all of your kiddos have biblical names?

All my boys do, which is a total coincidence.  They just happen to be the ones we like best that both my husband and I agree on 😆 All my girls have variations on flower names, also an accidental theme!  And if we have another baby my lists look similar - we could end up with a Samuel or Violet.  Or I could be done forever, because the whole six kids in ten years thing was crazycakes!

My two little guys both have December birthdays (only a few days before Christmas) and I have to say it wasn’t a bad tome to be pregnant.  It stunk a little in the NICU because half the specialists were gone on Christmas vacation, but for everything else it was a nice time of year to give birth.  I also had no trouble just staying cloistered at home for a few weeks, since I could use ‘sickness!’ and ‘holidays!’ as my excuse.  With my spring and summer kids everyone seemed to expect me to show my face at church again like the next week.

How have you been feeling so far, in terms of symptoms?  Super tired?

I’ve been very tired and sick. I’ve lost 17 lbs in about 4 weeks but I’m hoping that’s gonna be done soon. We don’t celebrate holidays anyways so I don’t mind when he comes in that aspect. I am flirting with the idea of getting induced a week early on my birthday so he is definitely born this tax year

Thanks! Today’s been a suuper crummy day for me. We had our 12 week appointment and although it was AMAZING to hear his heartbeat, everything else was All Horrible. I’m in the midst of my 1 hour glucose test right now too. (My doctor said I needed to do one early because I’m “morbidly obese” )
