How hard is it to breed goldfish?

I never looked into breeding goldfish.  I do know that one goldfish is getting rather plump it seems.  Not sure if it is because that fish is lazy and likes to eat or if the fish is a she and waiting for something to happen.  My goldfish Charley likes to stay in one spot lately.  Summer likes to chase Charley.  I am starting to think Summer is not a bully, but actually Mr. Summers, which might explain the size difference between the other Moor fish I got at the same time.

Please show a picture of the plump fish.  Another possibility is that the fish is bloated.

Fish is doing better after a little water change. I need to check the water with my new water testing kit, but right now I am not at home.
