Can anyone please tell me what this is on my fish and if it can be treated

We cannot help you without much more information, including the history of the tank and this particular fish.  The pictures are excellent but only part of the equation.  Please fill out these questions completely :)

 

Disease Diagnostic Form

Test Results for the Following:

* Ammonia Level(Tank)

* Nitrite Level(Tank)

* Nitrate level(Tank)

* Ammonia Level(Tap)

* Nitrite Level(Tap)

* Nitrate level(Tap)

* Ph Level, Tank (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines) 

* Ph Level, Tap (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines)

Other Required Info:

* Brand of test-kit used and whether strips or drops?

* Water temperature?

* Tank size (how many gals.) and how long has it been running?

* What is the name and "size of the filter"(s)?

* How often do you change the water and how much?

* How many days ago was the last water change and how much did you change?

* How many fish in the tank and their size?

* What kind of water additives or conditioners?

* What do you feed your fish and how often?

* Any new fish added to the tank?

* Any medications added to the tank?

* How long have symptoms been going on?

Hi the tank is 135l and I have had it for a year I have 7 fish in it all goldfish types. The temperature is 18 c . No new fish added, symptoms been going on about 4 weeks but it’s growing,no medication added ever.i feed the fish on goldfish flakes once a day.the filter is from pets at home the largest one for up to a 350l I think.i have changed 1/3 water about 3 weeks ago.im afraid I’m new to fish and don’t have any idea about any levels. Sorry not much info I’m afraid xx

I suggest you get your water tested at your local fish store and report back the numbers (don't just let them tell you that it's good- ask for numbers); most issues are related to water parameter.

Do you know if your tank is cycled?

Well we still need the water numbers to be able to help you :)

a 135Liter tank is only 35 gallons which should only hold 2 goldfish in there.

Is there a name on this tank or filter?

The best way is to buy a test kit. You can get one off of amazon. Get the API master test kit :)

Or you can go to your LFS and bring your water, most stores will test it for you :)

Is that filter and under ground or an internal filter?

Thats and internal filter, those don't work with goldfish. They produce to much waste for a filter like that.
