New fish oranda with problem on back

Hello i bought an oranda today and when i got home i saw something on his back near his tail.Can someone tell me what it is ?Thank you

Test Results for the Following:

* Ammonia Level(Tank)

* Nitrite Level(Tank)

* Nitrate level(Tank)

* Ammonia Level(Tap)

* Nitrite Level(Tap)

* Nitrate level(Tap)

* Ph Level, Tank (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines)

* Ph Level, Tap (If possible, KH, GH and chloramines)

Other Required Info:

* Brand of test-kit used and whether strips or drops?

* Water temperature?

* Tank size (how many gals.) and how long has it been running?

* What is the name and "size of the filter"(s)?

* How often do you change the water and how much?

* How many days ago was the last water change and how much did you change?

* How many fish in the tank and their size?

* What kind of water additives or conditioners?

* What do you feed your fish and how often?

* Any new fish added to the tank?

* Any medications added to the tank?

* List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank.Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment.

* Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus?

* Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.?

I did not say anything ab the watter bcz i bought the fish like this so it has nothing to do with my watter.

45 gallon tank cicled with one black moor one glass fish(bcz the other died) and this oranda.

no ammonia test i cant find where i live. 

Easy life 6 in 1 test strips

nitrate -10

nitrite-0

chlorine-0

GH-8.4

Kh-10

ph-8

i use tap watter and i put sera toxyvec in it.my filter claro 1000

no meds

Change the watter twice a week 30%

I can see it in the first photo. Is it still there does it look like a stick poking out of the fish, very hard to tell.

Do you have Aquarium salt on hand?

That does look like an anchor worm to me.  Which country do you live in?  We may be able to find you some treatments that ship to your area, if what we need isn’t available locally.

 

I agree with Koko that salt and tweezers are the first thing to try.  Here are good instructions for it, I’d bring the tank up to .3% salt:

 

Just remember to use rock salt or pickling salt, NO ADDITIVES.

I am from Romania.i have marine salt.The fish is ok.Do i leave him like this and see how he looks after a few days?I dont see anything that i could get out from him right now.just scales missing and a ugly growth.weird.I am so upset i did not saw this at the pet store.Is he an oranda?

The fish is an Oranda. Judging by its vent, it's a female Oranda. Anchor worm isn't a huge deal. If you've removed it, the fish will probably be totally fine.
