Lol! There are no effects here at all. They really do love that thing. It was so funny to watch them all bumping into each other. Excited is an understatement.

Thats so cool! What are those things? I mean what  are the made of and how do they stick on? I don't recall ever seeing them before! I'd love to try them if I can get them here

AmoonKlein told me about them. They're made of mostly veggies with a few proteins and other ingredients. They're meant to be fed as treats. Once a week or so I'd guess. You hold them against the side of the tank for 15 seconds with a finger and they just stick there. The fish LOVE to play with it and it encourages exercise. It sticks there for a long time so if you don't want your fish to actually EAT IT (it's pretty high protein) you can just take it out after a while.

EDIT: they're called Tetra Tank Nibblers.
