Anyone got any good recommendations for sand substrate that is similar to Caribsea Crystal River?

I would think pool filter sand would be close to this.

Sorry thought I read it as Tahitian moon sand :rofl anyway I just buy sand from Argos however I know you can buy silica sand

Anyone got any good recommendations for sand substrate that is similar to Caribsea Crystal River?

Haha thats alright! Seems quite hard to get the other Caribsea sand in UK :( I'll have to look around

Haha thats alright! Seems quite hard to get the other Caribsea sand in UK :( I'll have to look around

Pro's are it's much much cheaper. Con's are that it may take a bit longer to clean. It is not prewashed as much as aquarium specific sand. Otherwise. it's just sand, like the stuff you get from caribsea.
