How to add dechlornator when using Python Water Changer?

6 posts in this topic

After taking the water out do you fill the tank back up then add dechlornator or do you take out like 80% of the water which I usually do then add the dechlornator then add water? I do it where I fill the tank fully back up and then the dechlornator am I doing it wrong?

Ok but when the tank is full do I have to add more dechlorinator so the chlornine doesn't kill my benefical bacteria?

No just add the amount of dechlorinator you need to dose your whole tank right before filling
