Yes, they are part ranchu and part telescope or Lionhead. Not sure who the dad is.

So, now that they are growing a bit, I think I have 2 or 3 with a spiked dorsal. I have read that these would normally be culled. There is no chance I could cull any of these babies, and I won't be able to sneak 3 125's past the Mrs.. Anyone have room for a 47 year old with 16 goldfish and 3 really big fish tanks? :help:

Next time I see eggs or babies, I will have someone else take care of the fish for a week until nature takes its' course :feedme

Looks great Rob.

...and no room at my house.

Mrs. Hyde thinks the 20 gallon tank is too much :rofl

Good luck Rob! I totally understand you. I had similar problem, and still trying to convince my girlfriend to take big tank :) So far chances are 50/50 ;)

Yeah, they have the front spike for the dorsal, but nothing after it. It kind of looks like a shark fin.

I have a few runts that don't seem to be growing much. I am afraid the bigger ones will eventually get big enough to eat them :yikes

Thanks Bronwyn. It's been fun. A little stressful because I'm a worrywart, but fun.
