Goodbye Rennie

26 posts in this topic

Rennie passed yesterday he seemed healthy and acted like his normal happy self that morning but when i came home from school he was gone. Rennie had so much charecter he was the only one of my fish that would come up to the glass and wiggle when he saw me.

I just dont understand how he died the water peramaters were and are perfect. When I quarentined him for a month and a week he was fine.

I am kicking myself for letting this happen how could I have not noticed somthing was wrong and worring about my other fish

Goodbye Rennie my beautiful calico oranda you will always be in my heart

I'm so sorry for loss. RIP Rennie. :(

Don't lay blame on yourself, these things happen. We've all had fish pass away, out of the blue.

I am so sorry for your loss :(

It sounds like it was one of these things that "just happen". Not that it makes it any better, but sometimes we have no control over such things, and do not see it coming. You are not the first fish owner this has happened to, nor will you be the last. Do not blame yourself.

I'm so sorry for your loss, and I hope that you're able to find peace. Sometimes these things just happen, despite our best efforts, and you shouldn't place blame upon yourself. :heart

I had a little oranda like that. They are spunky little buggers :) My fish Stubby randomly died recently too. No symptoms just gone. The others have been fine though, if that gives any consolation. :k055:
