  1. **NOTE: all the videos work perfectly (I've not removed any from photobucket) but you need to click on the photobucket message and it will take you to the video . ON Updates: Actually I have been extremely busy and got few problems with my little ones, because they haven't grown as much as I wanted them to. But truth be told, I had some feeding problems such that I had to switch to spiruline and commercial food (which obviously they didn't like that much).

    Eggs!

Actually I am sorry to tell you this, but from the first pic, I can tell you that it was unfertilized and also that it has fungus on it. I have personally done a post on how you can tell the difference and it's exactly the first one pinned in this forum. It is not because the heater was not on or something like that (this time). The black thing you might have seen in the egg is the egg cell reducing its own size. They are going to spawn many times, so don't worry at all. They even do it too much end you end up like " agaaaaain??? sgjawfa". If you have doubts again whether the egg is a yes or no, ask me and I'll gladly tell you .
  3. Thank you ^^! I've also had many worries at first and thought it was a good idea to share all this. I'll try to post the evolution of my cuties, since they are already over a month old. If you have any other doubt that I could solve, just make a post .
  4. Mine are going to be oranda-ranchus haha. Mom is ranchu and dad oranda.
  5. You're welcome. In my experience I can leave them in the pot about 3 days, but always with full aeration and in a warm place. If you want them to live a bit longer you have to add a pinch of spiruline or special liquid green for them (2 or 3 drops per 1/2 liter).
  6. That happened because you've covered the bottle and the brine shrimp doesn't get enough air. Remove the film you've put on and you'll see the difference. It takes a bit more than 24H to hatch out, but it need lots lots lots of air.

    EGGS !

If you've placed the eggs somewhere else rather than the main tank then you can perfectly add it. I usually put 1 drop per liter, but of course it depends on the concentration so it's better to follow producer's instructions. 99% you won't get fungus at all. It won't hurt the plants, maybe some burns here and there but it's very rare. thanks ! You're welcome. Just in case wait for some more replies. It would be better not to use chemicals but as it would be 3 drops aprox let's say it won't hurt much. With my second batch of eggs I had to use mblue because eggs were one next to another like a brick wall, so it was inevitable.

  9. I'm glad that you can use it and helps you . I have so many because of 2 hand-spawnings, but by the natural way they tend to be less ^^.

    EGGS !

First of all congratulations ^^! And second, check out my post about how to find out and the process since day 0. Of course all it's my experience up to the moment and in the forum there are many experts (not only my opinions). Have fun!! http://www.kokosgoldfish.invisionzone.com/forum/index.php?/topic/116694-fertilized-eggs-microscope-findings/page-3
  11. Wow, you have grown him up sooooooo well. He's so handsome hihi. Do you think his color will keep changing later on?
  12. Yes haha, I have a ton... but each day I find one or two dead due to cannibalism. Ohh thank you ^^!!!
