I was thinking about putting a big fish tank in our garage, the garage is not heated.

But i would put i heater in the tank to keep it to the correct temperature. would this work?

I was thinking of getting a big second hand tank, what do you think? <_<

For some reason im think that the Aquarium will
crack.
Being in a very cold garage and have a very well heated
tank....

Whould you have place in the house?

i dont see the problem, just get a slightly over rated heater to help keep up the extra temp needed smile.gif

Definitely agree with Kev. I have one of my 10 gallon tanks in the garage and the temp still dips if your Heater is not strong enough. If your temperature gets really cold at night, I would definitely get a bigger heater. I live in California, where the temperatures at night are not too bad, but it still effects the internal temperatures a lot.

Gee my post does not make sense - glad you understood what I was saying! If it gets that cold I would not put one in the garage unless you could maybe build a small enclosed area and put an electric heater in it.....just a thought.

Yes, those are my daughter feeders in my avatar. I so hope the one does not lose his black - HE IS SO CUTE! Thanks for your vote - it was a close race!

they are both adorable!

the black markings are lovely 2!

i would love 2 find a feeder fish and rescue it, but over here in england i never see them sad.gif
