Hello,

I got a 20 gal acuarium with three goldfish on it, all level of differents concentrations are ok(ph, amnia, etc), A month ago my acuarium was treated agains ick with cooper, fish seem to be ok, but one month later these white spots appeared, they dont look like an ick, Please help to identify these desease.

What exactly do the spots look like and where are they? Are all the fish affected or just one?

They may be breeding tubercules. Ususally they appear on the front fins of the fish and sometimes the gills. A pic would be great to know for sure B)

Thanks for answering, two fish are infected, and it is only in the back fins.

If they're on the back fins then they aren't breeding tubercles.

What do the spots look like - are they slightly fluffy, like cotton wool, or do they look like grains of salt scattered over the fins, or something else? You mentioned the fish have already had ich - do the spots not look like ich?
