+my tank tests as follows. amm. 0, nitrites 0, ph 7.6, gh around 30ppm belive gf need to betwween 200-4--ppm how do i do that?

If you want to raise it, 50-150ppm is a good amount. You can raise it by adding epsom salts. It is not necessary that you raise the GH - 30ppm is fine.
How is your KH? There are buffers that will raise your KH AND GH.

Im not 100% sure but i think you have to do water changes to lower it

thats a good question? there's two tests i don't have and thats one of them kh the other is nitrates test.going have to get them. wished they had it that master kit would have paid the difference

okay well sorry that i couldn't help you. You can always bring a sample of your water to the Pet shop they might help more then i can.
