+my tank tests as follows. amm. 0, nitrites 0, ph 7.6, gh around 30ppm belive gf need to betwween 200-4--ppm how do i do that?

If you want to raise it, 50-150ppm is a good amount. You can raise it by adding epsom salts. It is not necessary that you raise the GH - 30ppm is fine.

How is your KH? There are buffers that will raise your KH AND GH.

Im not 100% sure but i think you have to
do water changes to lower it

thats a good question? there's two tests i don't have and thats one of them kh the other is nitrates test.going have to get them. wished they had it that master kit would have paid the difference

i just did my weekly vac and water change and did a 30% chage everthin the same before and after

You can always bring a sample of your water to the Pet shop
they might help more then i can.
