Does anybody know if it would be OK to have a betta and 2 african dwarf frogs together in a 5 gallon tank?

I was thinking of doing the same thing.Hopefully the betta
won't have a go at it.

Just think of it has male bettas being over protective fathers. A female would be better than a male it mite still attack my most unlikly

I did get a betta today, and he is in with the ADF's. So far, they don't even act like they know each other exists. I'll keep you posted.

Just wanted to tell you I have had a male betta in with 2 ADF's in a planted 10 g for a long time. I never have an ounce of trouble with them. The only thing I really do special is stick some food under a log that the ADF's go under to make sure they get some as my betta boy is a piggie if I don't watch it.

I'm glad to hear yours get along well. Mine appear to be doing fine together! Today the betta and one of the adf's were together in the hollowed out log--pretty cute! I love watching those little frogs! B)

My understanding is the frogs might accidently grab the bettas fins looking for food but I have never had that happen. The worst thing I have seen and it was a non incident is the frog using the betta as a step to the top. That was completely accidental and didn't seem to bother either one of them.

He is blue. I had one just like him a few months ago but he died. He is very handsome!
