I made a pretty big Trimar order today, arriving on Friday! I've ordered:

5 Siamese Flying Foxes - £4 each
4 Kuhli Loaches - £1.50 each
2 Banded Rainbow Fish (Trifasciata) - £4 each
2 Kribs - £4 each
1 Boesmanni Rainbow Fish - £4
1 L052 or L066 plec (depending if they get L052 in on Tue) - £17 or £19



My tank is going to be a busy place!! I'll put pics up when the arrive and when they are settled! If the new plec is anything like the plec I've got it won't come out for weeks! LOL

I can't wait for all the pictures!
You've ordered so many fish.
Im sure your going to make them very happy.
What tank are you going to be putting them in?

2 of the siamese flying foxes are going in my 16UK/19US gallon and the rest are going into my 71UK/84US gallon. Probably making it technically overcrowded but I have a good mix of bottom, middle and top dwellers and good filters.

fair lot of fish to be putting in all at once, keep and eye out for spikes

Wow, what an amazing group of fish!! I absolutely LOVE the flying foxes! Wish I had room for some. I just love all the rainbows too, especially Boesmani! I cant wait to see pics once you have everyone settled.

Do the banded rainbows go by another name? Im not familiar with them but am always interested in seeing new kinds of rainbows.

I have only one Boesmanni at the moment and I felt sorry for him, so while I was getting fish anyway I decided to get him a friend and then saw all the different types of rainbowfish and couldn't resist. I know it's a lot to put in my tank at once but I will keep a close eye on the levels.

Let me know how that works out, I've never tried ordering them before!
