They can eat many different things: lettuce (dark
leaf), spinach, cucumber, zucchini, oranges, apples, grapes, bananas,
watermelon, deskinned peas, dehydrated seaweed, shrimp, krill,
bloodworms, earthworms(put in paper towel for 2 days to purge the
dirt out of their system). Plus they may like some other things you'd
never think of.

This is in addition to the staple of flakes and or pellets. Which of course
are always presoaked!

dont feed them meats
such as beef or pork or something of the sort
they cant digest it properly so try to avoid them
do feed boiled and peeled peas as they help
against constipation
they are like a natural laxative biggrin.gif

tubifex and bloodworms are good if they're sterilized properly when made. Check the package before buying.

Also, don't feed them carbohydrate foods, such as bread, biscuit crumbs, potato or rice. Their digestive systems can't deal with these well. smile.gif
