guys i have a prob with a non eating GF, and I 3 danios in with him, they dont bother him but i think they might be starving him or have put him off his food. just wondering how small of a container could i put them in if i had to relocate for a bit. they are about aninch and abit in size. also do they require a filter, plants etc, or could they be happy tripping out in spaz speedy world like they usually do?
thanks need help

I would never keep danios long-term in anything smaller than a 20 gallon aquarium, because they need that room to swim. If it's temporary, a 10 gallon would probably be ok. I know that's a lot of room for 3 little fish, but it's not because of water quality, just space.
I can imagine they would steal all the food first... I've got 8 of them in my tropical tank, and they're quick and hungry little guys!

I agree with may. A 10 gallon would be good for a short term.
