is pro gold anygood anyways? i hear alot of good thinks about it... like how fast fish grow..

I looked all around for my Progold, but goldfishconnection.com has it for the cheapest, plus they get it to you really fast. I do believe that it is better than anything else you could feed them. My fish have been on it for nearly and month and when I first started to feed them Progold, my newl Ryukin was only about 2 inches now he is close to 4 and that is only in a month. My fish appear more active and healthy and my calico Fantail's colors are coming out brighter. I am only going to feed my fish Progold from now on.

I switched from Pro Gold to Bio Blend Gold. I think it's a bit better, that's just my personal opinion though. My goldfish gobble it up a lot faster. Plus, Bio Blend Gold is available just about everywhere.
