Hello all,
I am sure you all know my sick little goldfishie, Tiger Lilly. She is one out of the four beauties that live in a 20 gallon Hagen made aquarium, with a Aqua - Glo floresent light and hood.

I first noticed a white spot forming in her eye a moth or so ago. I took it as a sign of fungus and imediatly washed out my 5 gallon hospital tank, washed and dryed the small Fluval filter and put a clean sponge in ( no carbon), no gravel, 2 plastic plants, and a pink tube. I put her in and treated it with half a tablet of Tank Buddies ( which treats a bunch of dieases including fungus). Why half a tablet? One full tablet is for a 10 gallon, but since mine is only a 5 gal, a half a tablet does it.
Today, she is doing fine, eating and all. But I’m afraid, still in that hospital tank. She is eating flakes, a little bit every day. I just am curious to know..why the fungus has now turned black????
Does anyone know?
Thanks, I hope someone will know
Jasmin
