Can guppies stay in a 5 gallon?
Just for awhile until i get a 10 gallon.

well ive had 2 in a 5 gallon for over 4 months they have done fine.

I've got two females in a 2.5 gallon with a heater and a filter and they are doing fine.

Yup, your guppies should be fine in a 5 gallon. A 10 gallon actually isn't the minimum in hich to keep guppies its just usually easier to take care of you don't have to constantly upgrade due to the fishies breeding.
