The package doesn't tell me how to give them to goldies.

If they're in like individual cell things, I just pop it out and drop it in the tank. They pick at it as it thaws out.

Ditto... just pop 'em out of the plastic tray like a little ice cube right into the water. The fish eat it as it melts. The other option I've learned is to take a little water from the tank and melt a frozen cube in the water then pour the water back in the tank. Either way is fine, but I like dropping in the whole cube. It's sort of a game for the fish to chase the cube around...

The bigger fry guys will take the cube and play chase with each other as they race around the tank. The one with the cube will shake it back and forth like a dog with a toy! It is fun to watch.

For smaller fry, I hold the cube under the water and rub it a bit. The worms break up into small bits for the little guys to eat. They gather around and eat them before they hit the bottom of the tank.

For the really big mamas and daddys, I feed one cube each. They swallow it whole, then swim around chopping on it for some time, burping worms out every so often. hah.gif

If you are going to thaw it first, I would suggest turning off your filter for a few minutes until the worms are eaten. I hate feeding expensive food to the filter! Just remember to turn it back on!
