quick question....i have a tank i'm working on cycling right now...my tap water has ammonia in it and i just purchased a large bottle of amquel +. do i leave the carbon filter in there or does that suck out all the amquel i'm using?

i posted this twice....sorry....the original thread for this is in disease and diagnosis under "not sure what i got myself into".....

It is safe to leave the carbon in when using water conditioners such as Prime and Amquel Plus.
