i just moved some baby amazon swords from my tropical tank to my goldfish tank is it safe to use this product "leaf zone" with goldfish?
daryl
I have looked up Leaf Zone - and cannot find the specific ingredients, but the general ones look ok.... It does seem to be made to be compatible with fish....so I see no problem with it.

Inever had any difficulties with plants growing well - the nitrogen cycle provided plenty of nitrate - and they like the ammonia and nitrite, too!

I do not grow aquatic plants now, though.

I am going to move this to plants for you and perhaps someone with more specific knowledge will answer. smile.gif

i always had trouble in my tropical tank they dont stay every long until i have to buy replacement

Nismo, maybe your plant problem has more to do with the proper lighting than with lack of fertilizer? I always had the best success with plants when the lights were adequate, and I hardly ever added fertilizer to them. The fish's waste is their natural fertilizer. Maybe some higher wattage bulbs are in order - what lights are you using now? smile.gif
