Can anyone tell me where to buy a siamese algae eater in san diego i really need one or 2

why do you need them for?

The algea eater become very big and turn into carnivores..so they need all sorts of food

and they need about 10-15 gallons

also they are bot good to be kep with goldfish..

I would not recommend keeping them with goldfish as they are extremely territorial and as Alex said they do become carnivorous after a while so they need a varied diet. They get large so i would not keep them in a anything smaller than a 30gal. You may find differing opinions but that is what i like to keep them in, although all my fish are spoiled lol.
