Hurrah! I was so glad when my vallis started shooting runners out around the place, but now I just can't stop the darn things! Those and the swords are having babies left right and centre. I guess it's a good thing that they are thriving but there is such a thing as too much vallis...lol.

coooooool, may i ask what the swords are like when they grow babys ?

Seems that you have a green thumb! Your swords will also shoot runners. Be careful not to detach the baby plants from the runner until they are at least 1/3 of the size of the parent

lol, my amazons are massive !!!!! will take a while for them to reach that ... lol also my amazons are shooting loads of new leaves, from the center of the plant <_<

Yeah, the swords shoot runners too. They are quite fragile though-I broke one when I was cleaning the tank yesterday . Still, the babies on that runner are still doing ok. Despite the fact Carmen seems to have developed a taste for young, tender sword...
