Here's my new betta, RA the god of the sun. He's a happy guy.

Fitting name for such a bright, sunny fish. I'm sure he's happy in his new home.

I would have called him Re-Horakthy after all it is believed in Egyptian religion that Ra and Horus combined to make one super god in order to defeat evil. (okay the nerd in me is starting show)

Although Ra or Re (depending on what scriptures you read) is easier to say than Re-Horakthy lol

i don't think i've ever seen an orange betta in person. mostly see blues, reds, aquas, and a blend of the afore mentioned. the oranges are very nice looking though i wonder if i'll ever get to see one.

Gee, I'll have to see if I can find the medal. With Dan around though I'll need to have a Goofball Emeritus medal instead.
