What types of people food have ya'll given to your fish?
How do you go about cleaning it?
How do you feed it to them?
How much do you feed them?
I am new to this so anything will be helpful!
Thanks,
Nichole

Well, you can give them spinach, some lettuces, grapes, apple, tomato.. and the list goes on.. about every fruit and veggie. About cleaning them, is take off the skin/shell if there is one.. put it in a bowl with some water, and microwave it. You dont have to microwave soft foods, but it is better to.
I hope i helped a bit

Treats are always good. They can eat many different things:
Lettuce and spinach: 2 1/2" to 3" chunk attached inside tank with veggie
clip. Might want to tear the ends.
Cucumber & zucchini: Either chunks (big or small) or slices (like cheese)
Oranges & apples: Regular slices (not sure if skin stays on)
Watermelon: I haven't tried, but would guess something like the cucumber
Peas: Are a must, as they are a natural laxative for goldies. Lightly boil,
microwave, orplace fresh frozen peas in a bowl of hot water. Once
dethawed, remove from skin and split in half or squish/chop depending on
size of goldie. Recommend feeding at least once a week.
Dehydrated seaweed, shrimp, krill, bloodworms, earthworms (put in paper
towel for 2 days to purge the dirt out of their system). Plus they may like
some other things you'd never think of.
Cleaning: Just like you would clean before you ate anything. No soaps though!
If they haven't eaten anything in an hour, it's a good chance they don't like it. Just
like some people don't like certain foods.

what type of lettuces can you use
i tried the icebergs and they dont seem to eat it
ive also tried lychee and them seem to love it
i usually feed them soft fruits like bananas and grapes
its less of a hassle for me
and more time to look at those goldies

Try leaf lettuce or any of the varieties with darker color. They have more nutritional value than iceberg, too.

My goldfish also don't like lettuce- but they love red and black beans and peas and some other vegetables from those frozen food mixes.
