I just got the Pro-Gold goldfish food a couple of days ago and my fish love it!! Do you need to soak this pellet food before giving it or is it fine just to give it as it is? I got the small pellets by the way.

I do not soak it. I do have some fish that are extra sensitive to some things - and I feed them ProGold that has been incorporated into gel food. That is a form of soaking it, I suppose. So if your fish have a floating sensitivity, you may wish to soak it or put it in gel food.

I soaked mine at first but found that it started to come apart before I put it in the tank, so I've been feeding it for a few months now with no soaking and the fish haven't had any issues.
