I've been thinking about getting some guppies for a while and yesterday there was a 'buy 1 get 1 free' sale at an lfs, so how could I not buy something?? biggrin.gif
I got these two *tiny* little guys. They're in QT now but doing great. I love having guppies in my tank, they really brighten things up!

I'm thinking about it eventually, but not yet. There's no room at the inn....I mean in the tank tongue.gif

ohmy.gif They only need like...2.5 gallons of water...

Eh, whatever suits you.

I meant for the fry, not the female tongue.gif

Your gups are great! biggrin.gif

At first I didn't want any for myself cause everybody has them seems like but now I'm in love with the little guys. They are just sooo active and playful! Besides all the millions of colors. smile.gif

Cute little guppies! I have some guppies and adore the little guys! They're very active, always swimming about. I like to call them my hyper little fish ("hyper" compared to all my other fish) smile.gif

how big do they grow?
Jinyu_fan
The males grow to about 1-1/2" - 2" (half of that is tail) and the females are larger, 2 - 2-1/2".

I actually just picked up 2 more, they're beautiful leopard tail types. They are actually pretty amusing fish, probably my favorites next to goldies. They seem to develop real little personalities. heartpump.gif
