Thanks! I plan on keeping several and try to breed them but they were 11$ each so I got two so I could see if I like them.

Cool fish! I like the way cichlids are shaped (LOL that probably sounds weird).

WHAT?!?!? ONLY seven?!?!? I am perfectly green with envy! I have one 10 gallon. A mere drop in the bucket to you! LOL. ~Sigh~.... The things I could do with just one 30 gallon tank....

Lol, I am really getting into the fish stuff seriously. I am giving my brother a 10g soon. I am kinda changed my mind about goldfish right now and thinking I will not mess with them for a while, I really like these peacocks and I am going to try to breed them. From talking to someone who is very experienced I need rougly 8 of them in my 30g with lots of rocks and breakups etc. On the tanks though, I have a bad case of MTS.

LOL I wish!!! I'm already obsessed with my one teeny tank, I can hardly imagine me with another bigger one! It's become a fun game with myself, thinking about what kind of fish and decorations I would put in a new 40 gallon tank.....

It's very fun to do and I hope you can get one to experience it. You should definatly try the planted tank.
