Two weeks ago I purchased my first betta. It was a rough start as he was ill when "rescued" with fungus. He was Jungle treated for fungus as well as a treatment of Maracyn. He looks so much better & is swimming around again. But his appetite is nil. I have been feeding him floating Betta bites but he pretty much ignores them. He may eat one or two but that's it. On a whim I tried some flakes but he just spit them out. Any ideas on why he isn't eating? Does he just not like Betta Bites?
And as always thanks in advance. smile.gif

I would try to get the food to sink, to maybe entice him more. I would also try another kind of food for the time being. I would definitely keep trying to feed him.... if he gets hungry enough, he'll come for the food.

Oh jeez, I just realized I can't spell hungry. Yep, those college degrees obviously aren't in spelling. huh.gif
