I boiled some peas for my (relativly new) goldies.
and they went CRAZY!

i don't think I've ever seen Charlie look so happy ^^

anyone know why goldfish go so crazy for peas?

I have NO idea why, but I think almost all fish love peas! My tropical fish love 'em too, so long as they're smushed up small enough.

Maybe it has something to do with the new flavor/texture? Something different than flakes?

no idea but I always laugh to my self in the supermarket when Im looking through all their fruits and veggies for my fish I do walk out of there looking like a health nut -if they only knew

I fed mine peas for the first time today too. It's soooo funny to watch them eat it! I didn't know they would hoover them the way they did!

My fish love to eat anything that they can fit in there mouths..
