Ok just yesterday I saw 1 white cottony patche and now I see couple well... I dont know what caused this? I always keep his water clean I mean he was in a 1 gallon bowl and Just recently (last week) I bought him a 10 gallon aquarium.I change his water every couple of days. He seem healthy but now I dont know. I had him for over 2 years and hes never got anything like this. I just finished the Parasite Clear medicine because he was hiding alot and he was rubbing against the rocks in the aquarium. I have a heater in his aquarium and I was gonna add salt because he still have fin rot and its not getting better. His aquarium is 73 F should I raise the temp?I am gonna go to wal mart 2 night and see if I can find "Fungus Eliminator" by Jungle but I think i only seen Fungus Guard from jungle. which one is better for him? I also saw that after I use the Fungus Eliminator I have to use BettaZing but I havent seen this product anywhere has anyone used it? Please help. Thanks

It is hard to tell without a pic but it sounds like fungus to me. I would try fungus clear by Jungle. Nip it right in the bud cause fungus can kill a betta quickly. you should probably up the temp to around 78-80 in his tank.

could be a number of things. The low temp may not have helped, but it is hard to say without water params etc
