Sorry for double posting, but I needed an immediate answer. I am looking online for hookworm treatments, and can't find anything. What do I use? Help pretty please!!
Thank you.

Man, why is it when you need to find something fast, you can't find anything? I can't find anything on treating hookworms/anchor worms online.
We're pretty sure it's hookworm becuz of the location, and we don't see the "Y" shape at the end. But if we're wrong, would the treatment plan (whatever that may be), treat both kinds?

Lola the worm doesn't always have the Y. Hookworm=anchorworm.
You need to pull off the ones on the fish and treat for the eggs in the main tank.

If there are a LARGE number of adult anchorworms on the fish, and/or they are in sensitive places or very well attached, it is not necesarily adviable to pull the adults off the fish. They can take very large chunks of the fish with them when they come.
You can dip the fish in a salt dip and then treat the tank with Dimilin.
You can touch each anchor worm with PP and then treat with Dimilin.
You can simply treat with Dimilin.
Dimilin, Prazi and salt are all compatible.

Well, we figured out it IS anchor worm. After inspecting the black fish this morning, we found anchor worms on Sumi and Ouji. Tiberius is clear, so far. We have chosen to remove the worms, as they come out very easily in whole. We are treating the wounds with hydrogen peroxide. The Dimilin gets here tomorrow.
How long is the Dimilin treatment? When should we stop seeing the worms appear on the fish?

Well, at least I'm treating the parasites all at once. and as long as no more plants are introduced, I feel pretty safe.
The next big to do is cycling my 125g. I'm so glad I put my Rena on the 55g. to get it well-seeded.
