Does Prazi treat Flukes only? Or will it go after anything else that happens to be lurking in the tank?

I believe it will kill intestinal parasites and worms.

Prazi will kill trematodes (the 3 kinds of flukes fall into this group) and it will kill most internal flatworms but it will not kill some of the other major parasite groups like anchor worm/lice/ich and nematodes- internal nor will it kill protozoa or flagellates.

Adding 0.3% salt to prazi will kill many that are not affcetde by prazi. the exception is the anchor worm and nematode group which need treating with dimilin (very mild to cycle) and nematodes with internal parasite meds.

You can safely add prazi/salt/dimilin at the same time.
