I just got a mystery snail, and put it in my tank... it seems fine, however I noticed as it was edging along my plants a black/white worm began coming out of it... I'm not sure, I have very little experience with these snails so a little help would be nice. The worm is striped, and has not left the snail yet. I'm actually not entirely sure its a worm at all, but that's what it looks like. Anyway, is it harmful to my fish, what should I do?

Can you try getting a pic of it?
