Full Version: Are Moors Always 'just' Moors?

I never really thought before about how varieties of goldies can be mixes. Can this happen with moors? They always look so much alike when they are little, but my George is growing up now and looks ryukin shaped to me.

Yes you can get a breed of Goldfish called a Demekin which is a cross between a Ryukin and a Telescope or Moor. You find that demekins have the ryukins body shape and moors/telescopes eyes

Thanks everyone, I didn't think he was a 'regular' moor, he looks so much different than the 'origional' George who died earlier this year. I really love the way he looks, he's growing up to be a beautiful fish heartpump.gif
