One of my male guppies was acting really lethargic, he was bottom sitting and then I was holding him in my hand, which is something they NEVER let me do, he wasn't struggling or anything. No one else is acting the same way, it's just this one guy.
He does have overly large finnage for his size, my mom thought maybe he was just tired from dragging himself around. I'm going to be buying a breeding net soon for the other 2 or 3 like him with overly large fins, just so they don't have as much current to fight. It'll be good to keep them from getting nipped by the females too.

######! I think he has fungus. There's white puffs on the edges of his fins. I'm going to be going over everyone in the tank, and whoever else looks sick is coming to my apartment with me tomorrow for quarantine. I just don't have my supplies here at my parents house to medicate them.
Shoot...Dang this sucks....

He's on the bottom of the container of fresh water I put him in, on his side. I don't think he's going to make it through to morning.

I can't believe this little guy. One minute he's near death, and the next he's scooting around the container like the little engine that could. I put "Big Momma" in there with him, and whenever he starts sitting on the bottom, she goes down and gives him a bite on the butt.
I figure as long as he's moving, he's breathing, so Big Momma is going to be staying with him tonight. LOL. She's not happy about it, but it's only for one night.
He's a pretty game little bugger, I'll give him that much.
I have him eating "Fry food" right now. Basically just their regular food pulverized to a fine powder. He gets a little bit everytime he comes to the surface and "gulps." I figured he'd need the food to get better, so as long as he gets something in that tummy of his, he might pull thru.

I had similar experiences with guppies in the past. Sometimes they'd sit on the bottome, I'd have to get a flashlight just to find them among the rocks. They'd stay there for a couple of days, not moving at all, and then be back to their old selves again after that
They can be funny fish! I hope he's ok now.
