I was wondering which food is best for growth. My little Frodo is growing like crazy and his main diet is frozen bloodworms. Also, which foods are best for enhancing color?

i use hikari lionhead it promotes growth and it has color enhancement... i have 2 new goldfish and now they have this shine to it...
of coz you can't only feed them high protein foods ... you need to feed them veggies as well !!

dont worry, my fishies get around 30 different foods including veggies and fruits. My orandas get hikari oranda gold and they do have the brightest color of all my goldfish.
