Full Version: Super Dragon Ball

I believe we have all seen dragon-ball or sometimes known as pom pom before. Several months ago, I bought a pair of this variety of goldfish just for the fun of it. Little did I realised that one of them did not only have a pair of pom pom but two pairs. This is the first time I have ever seen a goldfish with two pairs of pom pom.

Is having two pairs of pom pom common?

definitely not. Not too sure if that raises the value of the fish though... unless it's a dragon-eye pompom which is quite rare.

Those are very nice - and the shape is impecable. Did you trim the pompoms, or were they like that when you got the fish? It isn't all chocolate, is it? I see some red coming through on the body. It is more of a slender fish, not deep bodied?

This fish is in its "original" condition. No "hanky panky" done. It's a bi-colour. Will try to take a picture of its side view later.

The pompoms look really good - very tight, not flopping around. At least thats how it looks on the picture.
