So I'm pretty sure a few of my mollies have parasite infections and normally i would just dose them with jungle labs parasite clear, however I've heard that parasite clear is not safe for cherry shrimp, african dwarf frogs, and apple snails. Are there any medications out there that would do a good job and ridding my tank of parasites but not harm anything else? thanks!!

I breed both apple snails and cherry shrimp. There are little to no medications that are shrimp and snail safe. Shrimp moult often and medication can be extremely damaging and most of the time fatal. Your best bet is to pull the shrimp and the snails and medicate the mollies or vice versa but not together.

I've treated my frog with fungus and bacterail meds meant for fish, so he can probably stay. I do agree that you should remove the snail and shrimp though.
