I'm just wondering if Toby could be a girl and perhap ready to lay eggs? Or a swollen vent could indicate swelling and inflamation on the inside of the bowel. Keep an eye on toby, if he gets any worse start treatment again for bacterial infection.
Bloody streaks in the fins can be the result of a bacterial infection or high nitrAtes. I suggest it is an aftermath of the bacterial infection you mentioned. Once again just keep an eye on the fish to see if any other symptoms develope.
How soon are females ready to lay eggs toby is only few months old. I started her on medi-gold for now and see if she'll get better with that.
