Has anyone heard of these? They had them at my fav petstore. They looked like golden fiddler crabs, excpet their big claw was red. I cant find these guys on the internet anywhere. Do they have the same requirements as golden fiddler crabs. I've had experience with keeping crabs (eventhough they both died when they molted cause their tank wasnt cycled and ammonia must have been realy high, I didnt know about cycling then) and i'd like to maybe get some in the future once my mom lets me.

Those are the only kind of fiddler crabs I've ever had. They just need to be able to get out of the water, or at least poke their heads out. I've heard they prefer brackish water, but I think the jury is still out on that one.

well now that I aint getting my pond anylonger Im wishing for a little crabby, I doubt i'll get one but that would be nice. They had pink fiddler crabs a couple of days ago, just one female left, they're cute too! I want a male with the big claw though, I think they're just adorable!
